Freedom Mobility Scooters, have a fully set up workshop facility and fully trained scooter technicians. We are able to offer a wide variety of repairs, which include safety checks, through to more comprehensive intricate and detailed repairs and of course everything in between. That’s right, we do it all. We are able to Replace tyres, repair punctures, replace batteries, carry out wheel alignments, general repairs regardless of the Brand or model.
Our team of fully trained and qualified technicians have many years of experience, with the majority of mobility scooters current and past, which means your scooter will be in safe hands, when left with Freedom Mobility Scooters.
Our service centre, does not charge for a quotation or estimation, we do however have a service call out fee to collect and deliver your mobility scooter, after repairs have been completed.
Our Freedom Mobility Scooter, service team, are able to offer an onsite service for certain repairs, however, for more complicated repairs, we will need to have your mobility scooter collected and taken to our workshop facility, which is located in our Ringwood Head Office.
Our extensive network or Freedom Mobility Scooter offices and re-sellers, are able to conduct repairs for most mobility scooters.

As with any type of vehicle, Mobility Scooters require servicing and maintenance on a regular basis. We suggest an annual service and safety check, which will generally guarantee your scooter is always running at its absolute best.
If you purchase a Mobility Scooter from Freedom Mobility Scooters, we will contact you within twelve months, to arrange a fixed price service on your mobility scooter. Once you have had your mobility scooter for more than twelve months, you will be contacted every twelve months thereafter for further servicing, should you require it. We recommend an annual service and safety check, to ensure your scooter’s longevity.
